Here you can find a summary of the enrolment procedure
for academic year 2018/2019. Detailed information is published in the following
Calls for Admissions:
The first phase of the enrolment procedure can be
completed online; therefore, candidates do not need to come in person to
Politecnico.
Candidates enrol at Politecnico through the online
procedure, with simultaneous payment of the first instalment of the tuition
fees of €200 amount.
The payment can be made using various payment methods,
including:
- Credit
cards (Visa and MasterCard only – American Express is not
accepted), generating an immediate
payment. This payment method entails a bank commission. After completing the
payment, the credit card payment wizard will allow you to print a receipt with
all the data of your payment.
- Pre-printed
notice of payment (MAV). Here follows a step-by-step guide to this form of payment:
- Log on to your personal page of the
Apply@Polito platform, choose the day and time when you want to take the
admission test
- Select the MAV payment form
- Print your payment notice (MAV),
which bears the MAV code you must use for your payment
- Make your payment at any bank branch
or through the Internet banking service
- After completing your payment, return
to the page where you downloaded the payment notice and input the payment date
- Click on “
Conferma” (save and submit) in order to confirm your operation.
3. PagoPA, an electronic
payment system which allows users of online banking services to choose a bank
or a payment institution (defined as “Payment Service Provider” – PSP) among
those recognized at national level.
You
can make your payment at any bank branch using a pre-printed payment notice
(MAV) or you can pay using your Internet banking service. If you want to pay in
person, you must print your payment notice (MAV) and go to a bank branch with
your payment notice; if you want to pay through your Internet banking service,
you do not need to print your pre-printed payment notice (MAV). In this case, you
only need the code generated by the payment wizard; this code is unique and can only be used for
the payment of the amount indicated when generating it. The MAV remains valid
until the payment has been made. Any payment using a pre-printed payment notice
(MAV) entails a bank commission charge. The payment will be automatically
registered within five days of the date it is made (subject to the data transmission
by the bank concerned).
Please note: Payment made using a pre-printed payment notice (MAV)
submitted after 5:00 pm is not guaranteed to be transmitted the same day (you
must therefore verify the time of payment data acquisition with your bank). Therefore,
any payments on the day of the deadline
must be made before 5:00 pm.
Please remind: The use of the deferred payment
method (for instance, a pre-printed notice of payment) is valid solely and
exclusively if supported by a self-declaration of the payment date certifying
that the payment was made before the deadline.
The self-certification must be
submitted within the same deadline.
The
registration for the test, or the test itself, will be cancelled in the
following cases:
·
The self-certification is found to be
false or incorrect,
·
Lack of payment confirmation by the
bank within 5 days.
Information
about other possible payment forms will be published on this page at a later
stage.
At the end of
the first phase of the online enrolment procedure the system will notify you of
its conclusion by e-mail.
